How I Met Your Mother

The future and the past are two things that seem very clear from the beginning of “How I Met Your Mother.” It’s the stuff in between that’s a little confusing. Thanks to the 2020s narration, we know that at some point Ted turns into an invisible Bob Saget who produces two very patient children. With whom we do not yet know… Each episode references select pieces of the future, unseen moments from the past, and present day, all leading to the answer of the big question. At this point we’re just growing a little less concerned with “how” as we are with the “when.”
