America's newly crowned sweetheart is in higher demand right now than undecided voters in a swing state (topical!). So with Fey's name on everyone's lips, another big screen outing planned for 2009 and the third season of her critically lusted-for series "30 Rock" back on the tube this week, what better time to look back at her relatively speedy rise to pop culture dominance?
