Maybe Fey didn't appear on screen in this "SNL" sketch, but as head writer, she, um, wrote a few classics. "Colonel Angus" featured a bunch of southern belles extolling a Civil War hero with a very unique name. It clocked more puns per minute than anything else in TV history.
