Grab a fork and sample Louisville's weirdest food
Louisville is a fun food town because the city's tastier restaurants infuse a dash of weirdness into what they do. No, we don't have New Orleans' vivid ecology and spicy people, nor do we have New York City's roster of rising star chefs. What we do have are inventive cooks willing to draw from Louisville's diverse cultures and a dining public that refuses to settle for steak and potatoes. We celebrate that culinary inventiveness by sampling some of the quirkiest dishes found in our fair city.
