The Four Diamond restaurant is on the second floor of the Brown Hotel, and you can expect nothing but the best from Chef Laurent Geroli. the menu features pasta, salads, sweet potatoes, tofu, sautéed cods and steaks. Its menu changes seasonally, so some of their summer foods may be influenced with citrus ingredients.
