I attended a going away dinner with some colleagues from work last night a the new Z's Fusion and must say it was one of the best dining experiences I have had in Louisville. The appetizers were excellent, the wine was perfect, the steak was very flavorful and juicy and the atmosphere elegant. I will definetly be returning! And it was a pleasure to meet you Ms. April Adam. Lou

We brought Chicago guests with us on Friday night when we visited the new Z's. We all thought it was excellent. I appreciated the innovative menu. Most of the fish choices are new to me, and the one I tried (Hebi!) was quite wonderful. The place is beautiful and, although the service is a little spotty still, I feel confident that it will improve as they get more experience. I'll be back.
