Louisville is peppered with authentic Mexican restaurants, but Ernesto's has taken its restaurants up a notch. The menu is beefed up and offers the usual, but Ernesto's has also added its own flavors, like the Mexican dip. It's not all about the food though. If someone wants to enjoy a margarita at the bar, there's no problem. Happy hour is all day Monday and Tuesday and 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and you can eat on the covered patio, too.
