A casual setting with the feel and appearance of a seaside eatery. Seafood is prepared Green river (southern) style, and every meal comes with a bottle of the signature jalapeño hot sauce and vinegar at the table. The New England clam chowder is bottled and sold internationally. Sundays are home to Cafe' Beignet, which specializes in coffee and baked goods
