Chuy’s (104 Oxmoor Court and 1440 Veterans Parkway Court in Clarksville) will serve up a menu of seven green chile-inspired dishes during its 25th annual Green Chile Festival, a three-week event beginning Monday. Dishes include New Mexican Rolls, Hatch Valley Chicken Enchiladas and Tacos al Pastor.
Nine Louisville bars were selected in the bourbon industry publication The Bourbon Review for their list of America’s 55 Best Bourbon Bars: Old Seelbach Bar, The Brown Hotel Bar, The Silver Dollar, Down One Bourbon Bar, Proof on Main, St. Charles Exchange, Haymarket Whiskey Bar, Doc Crow’s and Charr’d Bourbon Kitchen & Lounge.
Grind gourmet burger truck is featured on the Cooking Channel’s Eat St. Thursday at 8 p.m. (repeating on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and Monday at 6 p.m.)
