Texas Roadhouse is one of most popular chains in the Louisville area, and the wait to get seated sometimes takes up to 45 minutes, but it is well worth it. The early bird specials which run from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. are called "2 fer $15.49." They include meals that are pretty cheap for two people to enjoy. The Roadhouse started in Louisville and now has franchises all over the country, including three here in town.
