A three-minute drive from Interstate 65, Scores is a barn-like building that sits inconspicuously just east of the bustling Preston Highway-Fern Valley Road intersection. Formerly the Sunset Bar, Scores fosters a corner tavern atmosphere with the amenities of a sports bar. Golden Tee and pool tables sit in the spacious main room at the entrance. The back room, where the full bar sits, is lined with five televisions. Scores also serves the standard pub grub necessary for a sports bar — burgers, fries and wings. Scores smells of fried food, which adds to the ambience. (Or detracts, depending on your mood.)
