Horrible Experience

Recommended by restaurants.com as a "new" listing we decided to try it out. Not even sure the place was open it was so dead however, 2 or 3 wait staff appear. Finally seated w/ only 1 menu. Finally served drinks (still no other menu), Needed to find staff to actually order. Manager actually appeared to take order...finally salads appear served by the manager yet again. After quite some time food arrives. Ordered steaks med rare, was VERY well done but wait staff never reappeared. Brocolli and cheese had been sitting for some time, cold and brocolli very soggy. When leaving had to find staff yet again....we had a certificate from Restaurants.com, they would not honor. After arguing with manager, another "manager" is called over to explain after on 2 weeks on program they no longer take those certificates (although I've already paid for this certificate only 2 days before). After calling restaurants.com to learn they have NEVER heard from them to take off program, which they confirm they were just placed on program. I have sinced been told they have a buffet for breakfast and on weekends, which is very good. That makes PERFECT sense, not a lot of wait staff needed for buffet service. I suggest they stick to BUFFET service ONLY. WILL NOT RETURN
