Probably won't be back

I had visited this location several times after they first opened since it's not far from my work/home and they have motorcycle parking. After my last visit, I don't think I'll be going back. The place was nearly full and a good game was on at the time - the hostess said there was one table left. I went to the table and someone else had gone and taken it before we got there. No biggie - I waited for another table to get cleaned off. When I was about to sit down, the same jerk that took my first table had requested to be moved to the new table that I was about to get because it had a better view of the TV and instead of the hostess letting the waitress know the table was taken - the guy was seated in the 2nd table that I had patiently waited for. I was then escorted to the table with the bad view of the TV.........

I ordered their steak n egg dinner (about 15 bucks) and asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare. The steak came out nearly raw. After 15 mins, the waitress finally came back and asked how things were. I showed her my purple colored steak and told her it wasn't cooked right. She said she would get me a new one. 10 minutes later, she came back out with the same steak that looked like they tossed it back on the grill for about 15 seconds. Still purple and gross. I couldn't believe they brought that back out twice. The manager never stopped by and after writing their corporate headquarters, I still haven't heard anything back over a month later. I told them if they wanted to compensate me so I'd give them another shot then I would consider trying them again - everyone has their bad days - otherwise I won't spend another dime there. Shame too since it seems to be a decent place. Not bad for a burger and a beer - can't say they screwed a burger up but don't bother with the steak - I've had better at Waffle house. I took a picture of the steak and posted it on Facebook - everyone else couldn't believe they served that to me either. It was BAD.
