This is a mega-reunion tour on two levels: legendary alt-rockers Jane’s Addiction are finally playing with their original lineup (frontman Perry Farrell, guitarist Dave Navarro and co.); and NIN and Jane’s Addiction are once again sharing a stage, just like they did for the original '91 Lollapalooza tour. Trent Reznor’s NIN are performing as a stripped down four-piece, inspired by a couple wild club dates they played last year. Openers Street Sweeper Social Club should offer some surprises as well: it’s a collaboration between Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello and the Coup’s Boots Riley.
