Charlie Day, "Horrible Bosses"
He's not exactly an unknown after seven seasons on FX's "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" (and a scene-stealing role in the Drew Barrymore flop "Going the Distance"), but it wasn't until he was sexually harassed by Jennifer Aniston (poor guy) in summer's R-rated comedy hit "Horrible Bosses" that it seemed like Day could justifiably call himself a movie star.
What's next for Day: Season eight of "Sunny" and co-starring in Guillermo del Toro's sci-fi epic "Pacific Rim."
