CBS' Made in Jersey is the first casualty of the new fall TV season.

The series, which starred British actress Janet Montgomery as a Garden State lawyer at a tony Manhattan firm, has aired twice, averaging 7.3 million viewers.

Though that was enough to win its Friday at 9 ET/PT time period, the show lagged among younger audiences and has been yanked from the schedule.

CSI: NY this week moves an hour later, to 9 p.m. (where it aired last season), and repeats will fill the 8:00 slot until Nov. 2 when Undercover Boss returns with episodes featuring companies such as Cinnabon and Modell's Sporting Goods.
