Last night's TV: Kate Flannery rocked 'The Office'

Can we just take a second to praise The Office's Kate Flannery?

As Meredith, Flannery has appeared in many memorable scenes (the "bat in a bag" episode immediately comes to mind). But the actress has never made me laugh harder than on last night's episode, which showed Meredith shaving her head after being diagnosed with lice.
