The Creators Project just keeps churning out cool ideas.

Launched in 2010 by Vice and Intel, the initiative's mission is to "support artists in realizing their creative visions through technology." It has collaborated with hundreds of creators, some of them more well-known than others (Karen O, David Bowie, Mark Ronson and Florence and the Machine, to name a few).
