Discount advance Kentucky State Fair tickets, for both admission and for rides, are available now at area Kroger locations.
The reduced-priced tickets are available at checkout lanes of most Louisville-area Kroger stores through Aug. 15. The fair is Aug. 16-26. The tickets are also available at the Freedom Hall or Kentucky International Convention Center ticket offices.
Advanced ticket prices are as follows:
- Adult (13 to 54 years old), $8 in advance, $10 at the gate during fair.
- Children (3 to 12), $4 in advance, $6 during the fair.
- Seniors (55 and over), $4 in advance, $6 during the fair.
- Infants 2 and under free.
- Ride tickets are $17 for 22 tickets in advance, and $25 for 22 tickets when purchased during teh fair. Most rides require three to five tickets.
- Parking is $8 per vehicle, available only at the gate.
During the fair, gate attendants accept cash only. No credit cards or checks will be accepted. All prices are subject to change.
