Seidenfaden's
1134 E. Breckinridge St. - LouisvilleThe best karaoke for hipsters who like a more diversified song list.
T. Eddie's
1154 Logan St. -
Louisville
The karaoke is quite entertaining, and the drinks are super-cheap. If you are not afraid to sing, the regulars will welcome you into their fold.
Akiko's
1123 Bardstown Road - LouisvilleAkiko's makes no qualms about it. This is a karaoke bar, plain and simple. Akiko's serves only beer, wine and sake, and if you're not there to get down on the microphone -- why the hell are you there? One of the best things about Akiko's is that the performers here often seem a cut above the average. But be prepared to wait a while to sing, unless you're willing to fork over big tips to the DJ.
Flanagan's Ale House
934 Baxter Ave. - LouisvilleThe karaoke in the back room is not every night, but it's always good with an extensive list of songs.
Highlands Tap Room
1219 Bardstown Road - LouisvilleIt's small and the song list is weak, but the crowd ensures a good time. You can bet the entire bar will join in the sing-along.

Let's not forget about the best unknown place in town. Tommy Pass has the best fish in town, a great atmosphere and a real nice sound system in J-T...
