 Club: Angel's Rock Bar

 English Goldsborough became a “shot girl” last year at Tengo Sed Cantina, which wasn't ideal. Her job entailed selling shots in a worked-up party crowd, which was often awkward and occasionally annoying. This winter, Goldsborough was promoted to VIP server at Angel's Rock Bar, which better suits her outgoing personality.

 “I get to spend a lot more time with customers,” she said.

 The job pays her bills while she attends the University of Louisville, where she's studying psychology and expects to graduate in December. She plans to enter grad school and a career as a school psychologist.

 Goldsborough's family lives in Louisville, which can lead to awkward situations. Family members sometimes visit Angels Rock Bar, and her photo sometimes ends up in Velocity's Party Crasher.

 “I guess they think it's a lot worse than it really is,” Goldsborough said, laughing. “They just say, ‘I don't want to hear about it.'”
