The food is delicious, the drinks are wonderful, but it's the decor that makes Proof on Main worth going to. Nestled inside of the 21c Museum Hotel, Proof extends the art museum right on into its dining room. As you sit and eat, there's no lack of things to look at, including a big statue of the devil at the bar. Make sure you cruise through the museum at 21c after dinner and get a look at the modern art. Editor's note: Men, make sure you check out the bathroom. The urinal is something you have to see ... er ... use.
