If America is truly the melting pot of the globe, then Ramsi's Cafe on the World should be our national eatery. This place literally has a sampling of every sort of cuisine one can imagine (103 different items). It is also one of the more vegan-friendly restaurants in Louisville with tasty dishes like the roasted vegetable Panini-- portabello mushrooms, roasted red peppers, yellow squash and red onions topped with crispy fried onions served on homemade Cuban bread. Pair this with a mojito, or Ramsi's signature island Cooler and you could convert the most avid meat eater into a hybrid-driving, bleeding heart, animal cuddling vegan after one bite. The inside looks like a team of National Geographic photographers and world explorers had a day off and decided they would try out interior design.
