BJ's
8238 Dixie Highway - LouisvilleI used to go to BJ's all the time, but the crowd has completely changed from what it used to be. There used to be a mix of older and younger people, but now only young people at this club. They used to have the best karaoke in town, with these two guys that really put on a show and entertained everyone. Now it is just bands and all of the older regulars have vacated. Now I am looking for a new bar to go to, one that is not just for young people.
Report This ReviewI go to BJs frequently. I usually run into several people I know, so I can go there alone. I usually always have a great time there. Sometimes they play bunco or cards and it's rather boring there then. But the fun starts after those events are completed. Sometimes the crowd is rather interesting. Some far out characters but mostly normal people. Lots of good people that want to have a good time. The bartenders are all really cool people Sherry and Brian are my faves. You probably will have a good time if you stop in!!! The food is really good. I like when Foley cooks!
Report This ReviewThis bar does not have the bar atmosphere. It reminded me of a school cafeteria. It is too lit up, virtually no dance floor and small. The food tasted like cheap frozen food you get at the grocery store. There are too many pool tables. I think of this as more of a pool hall that serves drinks, instead of a bar.
Report This ReviewWe met some friends that regular this spot to watch UL in the basketball tournment last year. We had the best time. The entire bar was focused on the game, there were cheering and high fives from everyone!! After the games they had a DJ. The food and drinks where VERY inexpesive. We had a great time and have been several times since.
